Job Summary:
- Serves as technical lead for multiple Dynamics 365 projects
- Analyze and gather project requirements
- Configure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application
- Administration, support, and training of Microsoft Dynamics 365 core functionality
- Adhere to strict data security policies
- Provide timely, high quality customer service that exceeds expectations
- Support and maintenance of solutions built on MS DYN CRM online/on premises
- Interfacing with clients to identify requirements, design solutions, provide estimates and configure/develop in and around CRM
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/on-premises
- 8+ years of experience of implementing CRM applications, CRM architecture, workflow, and search.
- Experience analyzing needs, functionally designing and configuring CRM
- Experience with CRM SDK and Developers Toolkit
- Experience analyzing problems, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring/developing extensions/plug ins for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Working knowledge of CRM’s interoperability capability with MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, and MS BI Stack
- C#/VB.net, ADO.Net, XML, T/SQL, JQuery, JavaScript, Web Services, ASP.NET , and Silverlight skills
- Design, configuration and development best practice
- Working independently and in teams
- Oral and written communication
Travel:
- Regular and expeditious travel throughout the United States and occasionally overseas is required to meet client needs and timetables
- 100% Travel role, with a Monday – Thursday typical travel schedule
